• ord - quantity originally ordered by customer
• shp - quantity we have already shipped to them
• kld - quantity cancelled by customer
• n/a - quantity no longer available (we can't get/ship these)
• +need - calculated: quantity spoken for by customer orders

This gets added to the final "NEED" total.
