• The original version was written in Microsoft Access 97 (VBA) around 2001, where it was working reasonably well (albeit with many rough edges), and I was using it quite a lot.
• Sometime around 2007, I ported it to PHP/MySQL as a MediaWiki extension. The basic functions were working and usable at one point, though I think changes in the underlying libraries caused some problems which led to abandoning that version.
• In late 2018 and early 2019, I focused on porting it to Ferreteria, and got it partly working but found that the existing structures (which had originally been made necessary by the limitations of MS Access) were getting in the way of doing it properly.
• In August 2019, I began a redesign based on ideas I had been considering for the past few years.
