Ferreteria FileSys stuff in order to support sftp in FTM

• still re-fixing re-broken subsystems used by DBA

Spent most of the day identifying and fixing a set of very deep bugs in the folder-listing code.

• ./dba -i produces a listing of available imports
• ./dba -l crashes because of trying to access $OServer (why?) before it has been set
