Ferret File System/v0.1/terms/fideal

Fideals are a concept originally planned as an essential part of FileFerret, but on further thought I think they belong in a higher layer to be implemented after the core application is working.

The rule would be that a fideal record is created whenever multiple copies of the same file are found, and could also be created manually in order to track more information about a file.
