Ferreteria trait ferret\layout\tExecutableTree

This trait is typically used together with tExecutableTree but does not descend from it.

OnEvent() calls the following, though the exact order has changed:
- ShouldDoTwigs()
- DoEventTwigs(
DoEventTwigs() is implemented as you might expect.
OnEventLocal() comes from tExecutableTwig
