- 2017-03-12 Started, because it's needed for multiple sub-projects.
- 2017-07-28 Renaming TF "values" as "leafs", so this (tf_value_text) becomes tf_leaf_text.
- 2017-08-03 Decided all leaf-values should be tied to a leaf-index record which also stores the name
